But, they used their power Social to socially classify people by DNA history. Robin Larkin doesn’t believe classism is right. Everyone deserves a chance to experience the best of technology. She steals from the Elites to give to Social’s lower level users.

I’m not an avid historical romance reader. However, I read the first chapter of Pleasuring the Pirate and I was hooked. Emily Bryan put a new spin on an old tale and kept a commendable originality throughout the body. Her heroine was bold and determined but restrained enough to reflect the time period. The hero was likeable, strong and duty bound. A perfect combination for a historical romance.

This book is tension filled and fast paced. The hero, David Mason, investigates a murder full of deceit and corruption. Along the way, he must lead an inexperienced team and overcome his own guilt. Foxjohn knows how to create true to life characters and situations. I recommend this book. It’s entertainment money well spent.
